September Still: A Photography Workshop for Beginners 22nd September

This September Tabitha Stark of Tabitha Stark Photography will be joining us on our flower farm to host a photography workshop for beginners. We will be hosting this event on Sunday 22nd September 2PM- 6PM which will allow us to get some beautiful ‘golden hour’ photos before sunset.

The workshop will be around 4 hours long, where you will learn the basics of how to use your own DSLR camera. You will be talked through the settings of your camera, learn what they mean and how to use them to create aesthetically pleasing images.

Aperture, Depth of Field, Shutter Speed, and ISO are a few of the mains terms that the theory part of the day will cover. You will leave with a TIPS & TRICKS handout to be reminded of these settings once you’re out and about with your camera. Along with the theory there will be plenty of time to get out and practice what you have learnt, where Tabitha will be on hand to answer questions and to help you as much as she can. During the practical, you will be photographing the beautiful surroundings of Bloom & Gray, the flower fields and the various farm animals on site.

Andrea from Sprinkles and Mallows will be providing a delicious spread of cakes, sandwiches and her famous homemade elderflower cordial for the attendees to enjoy during the day.

You must bring your own DSLR camera to use on the day. Cameras are not provided. Workshop Spaces are non-refundable and non-transferable. Participants will receive an email with more information shortly before the event.
