Our Returns Policy

We want you to love your tools. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may return unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  • Returned items must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging.

  • To start a return, please contact us at sarah@bloomandgray.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  • We’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping address.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different product or replacement, contact us at sarah@bloomandgray.co.uk before sending it back.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Used tools showing signs of wear

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items
