Our Returns Policy
We want you to love your tools. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may return unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Returned items must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at sarah@bloomandgray.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different product or replacement, contact us at sarah@bloomandgray.co.uk before sending it back.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
Used tools showing signs of wear
Gift cards
Sale or clearance items
