Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Final sale or clearance items

Gift cards

Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sarah@bloomandgray.co.uk with:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Photos of the damage or defect

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at sarah@bloomandgray.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide next steps.

Tool Use Disclaimer
Our tools are designed for working growers and farmers. Normal cosmetic wear from use is expected and does not qualify as a defect.
